  • The clone imitates HOW you speak in the sample: talk clearly and calmly, at a natural pace. If you shout or stretch words, the clone will too.
  • 45–90 seconds of audio beats the 10-second minimum.
  • Record in the language you'll generate in later.

✍️ How to write for your cloned voice

  • Punctuate with commas and periods. Avoid chains of exclamation marks: each one adds drama and stretches vowels.
  • Use correct spelling and accents: they guide intonation.
  • Write numbers and dates as words: “twenty dollars”, better than “$20”.
  • Need a pause? Use an ellipsis: “Hello... did you miss me?” adds a short silence (~0.4 s) right there. For a long pause, generate two audios and join them in your editor.
